This research aims to consider the implementation process of the decisions by the International Court of Justice in terms of their contribution to the final solution of conflicts. Examining the post-adjudication phase, it testifies that the legal decisions by the ICJ have been incorporated into the parties' effort to settle the overall conflict through diplomatic and domestic means, which are based on their consent.

这项研究的目的是从国际法院裁决对最终解决冲突的贡献的角度来考虑这些裁决的执行过程。报告审查了裁决后阶段，证明国际法院的法律的裁决已被纳入当事方通过外交和国内手段解决总体冲突的努力，这些手段是以当事方同意为基础的。
