Although Japanese law must adopt the idea of "reasonable accommodation" to approve ratification of "Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities", enough has not been said on this subject in special education law. I think that it is effective to compare the U.S. special education law and Japanese law to make the Japanese law' s imperfections clear, because the U.S. law has adopted the idea of "reasonable accommodation" , and there are a lot of cases and studies about it in the U.S.. In this study I focused on the individuals with disabilities education act.

尽管日本法律必须采用“合理便利”的理念来批准《残疾人权利公约》的批准，但特殊教育法对此主题的规定还不够。我认为比较美国特殊教育法和日本法对于明确日本法的缺陷是有效的，因为美国法采用了“合理便利”的理念，而且在美国也有很多这方面的案例和研究。在本次研究中我主要关注的是残疾人教育法。

项目成果

学校設置条例の一部を改正する条例の制定をもってした特別支援学校の廃止が、抗告訴訟の対象となる処分には該当せず、違法ではないとされた事例

通过制定部分修改学校设置条例的条例而废除特殊需要学校的案件，由于不属于上诉诉讼的处理范围，因此被判定不违法。
