项目摘要

In this research, the importance of the treatment and support for juveniles/children with problematic behavior in Japan was clarified, and for those treatment and support, the necessity of flexible administrative response to these juveniles/children(the treatment and support through appropriate partnership among administrative organs) was recognized. And, the way of multiagency partnership led by judicial organs, such as "problem-solving courts," is considered to be effective, in order to both institutionally secure the legal limitations of those treatment and support and, if necessary, give more powerful treatment and support to juveniles/children with problematic behavior.

在这项研究中，阐明了在日本对有问题行为的青少年/儿童进行治疗和支助的重要性，并认识到，对于这些治疗和支助，有必要对这些青少年/儿童采取灵活的行政对策（通过行政机关之间的适当伙伴关系进行治疗和支助）。而且，由司法机关领导的多机构伙伴关系方式，如“解决问题的法院”，被认为是有效的，既可以从制度上确保这些治疗和支助的法律的限制，也可以在必要时对有问题行为的青少年/儿童给予更有力的治疗和支助。
