A basic study of the construction and utilization of the database for performance records of Ningyo Joruri Bunraku in the early modern period

The latest findings in performance records of Ningyo Joruri Bunraku in Edo period are the result of Gidayu Nenpyo, Yagi shoten, 1979-1990. But 20 years have passed since the work completed, corrective information have been delivered separately at least four times. It becomes the barrier to use them.In this study we constructed the database of the most fundamental data, Banzuke, and made it possible to manage information in an integrated fashion.
