项目摘要

1.By our reading Wang Zao's Bibliographical Preface to Shishuo-xinyu, we bibliographically investigated into Shishuo-xinyu and Liu Xiaobiao's Notes on it, and published our translation and notes on Wang Zao's Bibliographical Preface, so that it will be available for the researches both home and abroad.2.We published more exact translation provided with more precise and more detailed annotation of Liu Xiaobiao's Notes than its translations and annotations in past, for we were constituted by three researchers of Chinese language and literature, one researcher of Chinese philosophy and religion, and one researcher of Chinese history and political institution, all gathered our knowledge and capability to carrying out this research project successfully, and we have found out the descriptions quoted in Liu's Notes are qualitatively better than the similar descriptions of other books Liu didn't quote, and Liu's Notes contains some considerable words representing new values in that time.

1.通过阅读王藻《世说新语书目序》，对《世说新语》及刘孝标《注》进行了文献学考察，并发表了王藻《书目序》的译文和注。我们出版了《刘孝标笔记》的准确译文，并对《刘孝标笔记》进行了比《刘孝标笔记》更精确、更详细的注释由于我们是由三位中国语言文学研究者、一位中国哲学宗教研究者和一位中国历史政治制度研究者组成的，所有人都聚集了我们的知识和能力，成功地开展了这项研究项目，而且我们发现，刘氏注中所引用的描写，比刘氏没有引用的其他书中的类似描写，在质量上要好一些，《刘氏笔记》中有相当数量的词语代表了当时的新价值。
