The empirical study was done about organizational dynamism ofknowledge creation in Japanese manufacturing companies based on the questionnairesurvey and interviews after the intensive literature survey. The number of the surveyresponse to about 1,000 listed manufacturing companies listed on Japanese stockexchanges, especially R&D division/research planning department, was 125 (the effectiveresponse rate of 13%). The multi-variable statistical analysis about knowledge creationwas conducted., and as a result, the relations among 6 KCAs (Knowledge CreationAccelerators) were analyzed and the integrated theoretical hypothesis of both of Westerntype and Japanese type knowledge creation theories was proposed. The results werepublished with journal papers, books and a symposium.

本文在文献调研的基础上，通过问卷调查和访谈，对日本制造企业知识创造的组织动力进行了实证研究。调查对象为在日本证券交易所上市的约1,000家制造业上市公司，特别是研发部门/研究计划部门，共有125家（有效回复率为13%）。对知识创造进行了多变量统计分析，在此基础上，分析了6种知识创造加速器（KCA）之间的关系，提出了西方型和日本型知识创造理论的整合理论假设。研究结果发表在期刊论文、书籍和研讨会上。
