Organizational Change of Public Primary and Junior High Schools, and Teachers' Emotion and Work Conditions in an Era of Decentralization

本研究通过对教师的访谈和对学校文件的分析，对教师的情绪和工作状况进行了调查。结果表明，一方面，由于教学的不确定性和持续的教育改革，教师容易产生消极情绪，但另一方面，教师通过管理情绪将消极情绪转化为积极情绪。同样清楚的是，一些学校的教师情绪差异很大，而另一些学校的教师情绪并不取决于校长S的领导和其他因素。

In this study we investigate teachers’ emotion and work condition through analysis of interviews to teachers and school documents. As a result it is evidentthat on one hand teachers tend to have negative emotions because of the uncertainty of teaching and continuous educational reform, but on the other teachers manage their emotions to transform negative emotion to positive one. It is also clear that in some schools teachers’ emotions vary so much and in others they do not depending on the principal’ s leadership and other factors.
