Structural Distribution of Sulfur in Rubber studied with AnomalousSmall-Angle X-ray Scattering at Sulfur K-edge

在BL27SU，Spring8，发展了硫K边的反常小角X射线散射。利用该技术分析了硫磺在橡胶中的结构分布。探测器和测量方案的优化使我们能够以足够高的信噪比测量散射强度分布，以研究分布的能量相关性。在此基础上，提出了硫磺在橡胶中的分布模型。

Anomalous Small-Angle X-ray Scattering at Sulfur K-edge was developed at BL27SU, SPring-8. By using this technique, structural distribution of sulfur in rubber was analyzed. Optimization of detectors and measurement protocol enabled us to measure scattering intensity profiles with a sufficiently high signal-to-noise ratio to investigate the energy dependence of the profiles. Based on the result, a model for sulfur distribution in rubber was proposed.
