We isolated human Rab27a and Rab27b cDNA. Human Rab27a, mousedominant negative mouse Rab2 or dominant negative mouse Rab9 expressing cells were established from ATP7A over expression cells respectively. We found the cells expressing ATP7B whose 6th metal binding domain was mutated were as sensitive as the parental cells to CDDP.
