Comprehensive Research on Labor Relations in Early Modern Japan

近代早期日本的劳动关系研究是建立在维持的组织结构基础上的，在某些情况下发展成为一种僵化的组织结构。近代早期日本劳动关系的研究以地区、城、坂、萩等地的资料为基础。我的研究对象是港口装卸船舶的装卸工人，受雇于该领域的学徒和参与棉花加工的工人。我的研究表明，随着与这些工人相关的贸易商的日益繁荣，原有的劳动社区关系得以维持，在某些情况下发展成为一种僵化的组织结构。

The research on Labor Relations in Early Modern Japan is based on maintained and in some cases develope into a rigid organizational structure.The research on Labor Relations in Early Modern Japan is based on materials of the District Castle Town saka and Hagi. The subject of my research are stevedors loading and unloading ships in ports, apprentices employed by the domain and workers taking part in cotton processing. My research reveals, that with the growing prosperity of traders associated with these workers, the original labor community relations are maintained and in some cases develope into a rigid organizational structure.
