The Criminal Intervention into Child Abuse and its Theoretical Background

在研究期间，我特别讨论了儿童咨询中心如何应对虐待儿童的情况，以及新刑法应该如何处理虐待儿童的问题，以应对在儿童咨询中心派驻警察并组建“紧急干预小组”以获得支持的问题，最后讨论了如何引入和建立基于恢复正义和受害者学观点的行政刑法理论，以防止虐待儿童，使福利方面能够有效地发挥作用，使从虐待初期的“干预”到最后的“巩固”阶段的刑法理论一致成为现实。

In this study period, I discussed, in particular, how the Child Counseling Center cope with the situation of child abuse and how new criminal laws should handle child abuse in order to cope with stationing police officers in the Child Counseling Center and forming “the Emergency Intervention Team” to obtain support, Finally, I discussed how to introduce and established the administrative criminal theory was based on the viewpoint of Restorative Justice and Victimology for the purpose of preventing child abuse which can make the welfare side effectively function by making a reality of consistent criminal theory for from the “intervention” at an early stage of abuse to the final stage of stage of “consolidation”.
