Social and economic indicators that may affect the size of citizens'time spent for community development are; the ratio of persons living since their birth, existence of a community development plan, the ratio of persons employed by the secondary industry establishments and the number of household members (positively correlated); financial capability indicator, per capita municipal income, the ratio of nuclear family to general households, the ratio of persons employed by the tertiary industry establishments and the ratio of tertiary industry labor force to total labor force in the municipality (negatively correlated).

可能影响公民用于社区发展的时间大小的社会和经济指标是；自出生以来生活的人口比例、是否存在社区发展计划、第二产业机构雇用的人口比例和家庭成员人数（正相关）；经济能力指标、城市人均收入、核心家庭与普通家庭的比例、第三产业机构就业人数比例、第三产业劳动力与全市总劳动力的比例（负相关）。
