Japan's Regulation on Labor Conditions and the Industrial Cooperation Movement in the Great Depression of the 1930s

本研究的重点是20世纪30年代大萧条时期的两点：（1）日本中央和地方政府或行业协会制定劳动条件法规的情况;（2）劳资双方为协调改善劳动条件的政策而开展的产业合作运动。在本研究中，我们发现了新的事实的情况下，纺织品，电灯和电灯玻璃行业。

This research focuses on two points of the following in the Great Depression of the 1930s ;(1) the development of regulations on labor conditions by the central and local governments or trade associations in Japan(2) the industrial cooperation movements that both of the labor and the management mounted coordinate policies on the improvement of labor conditions. In this researchwe find new facts on the case of textileelectric lamp and electric lamp glass industry.
