By searching possibility to restructure business system of child day care service in Japan, we tried to analyze its business system from management point of view.In this study we especially focused on private child day care with no public fund and tried to find out its statement and circumstances. From the study, we found out many private independent child care centers under the severe financial situation strive to survive and produce excellent services by establishing their own unique management system and flexibly utilizing external resources.

通过寻找重组日本儿童日托服务业务体系的可能性，我们试图从管理的角度分析其业务体系。在本研究中，我们特别关注没有公共资金的私立儿童日托服务，并试图找出其表述和情况。通过研究我们发现，许多私立独立托儿中心在严峻的财务形势下，通过建立自己独特的管理体系和灵活利用外部资源，努力生存并提供优质的服务。
