By searching possibility to restructure business system of child day care service in Japan, we tried to analyze its business system from management point of view.In this study we especially focused on private child day care with no public fund and tried to find out its statement and circumstances. From the study, we found out many private independent child care centers under the severe financial situation strive to survive and produce excellent services by establishing their own unique management system and flexibly utilizing external resources.

通过寻找日本儿童日托服务业务系统的可能性，我们试图从管理的角度分析其业务系统。在这项研究中，我们特别关注没有公共基金的私人儿童日托，并试图找出其声明和情况。从研究中，我们发现了许多在严重的财务状况下努力生存并通过建立自己的独特管理系统并灵活利用外部资源来生存和提供出色服务的私人独立托儿中心。
