Clinical psychlological study of psychological stress and QOL in cancer patients with treatment and side effects

采用定性和定量相结合的方法，对接受治疗尤其是化疗的癌症患者的心理压力和生活质量进行了调查。研究发现，特质焦虑、生活变化事件，尤其是负性感知事件、情绪压抑是癌症患者术后心理困扰的潜在危险因素。结果发现，术后高特质焦虑患者的抑郁和焦虑情绪明显高于低特质焦虑患者。结果发现，化疗前后情绪压抑患者的心理痛苦程度明显高于情绪表达患者，表现出更多的负性情绪。我们认为在接受化疗的患者中，较高的心理痛苦与认知功能低下有关。

We investigated the psychological stress and QOL in cancer patients receiving treatments, especially receiving chemotherapy, by using qualitative and quantitative analysis. We found that trait anxiety, life change events, especially those perceived negatively, and emotional suppression were potential risk factors for psychological distress in cancer patients after surgery. We found that the high trait anxiety patients felt higher depression and anxiety than the low trait anxiety patients after surgery. We found that the emotional suppression patients felt higher psychological distress and expressed more negative emotions than the emotional expression patients before and after chemotherapy. We suggested that higher psychological distress was associated with poor cognitive function in patients receiving chemotherapy.
