Personal and values education in England is put into practice through citizenship education; personal, social, health, and economic education (PSHE) ; and religious education, which share commonalities while also remaining distinct. In this project, we examined what kinds of policy the central government presents for personal and values education and how these policies are implemented in different school settings. Three of scholars of comparative education, lesson studies, and educational psychology worked together to conduct field surveys and share the findings. One of the main findings is that student efficacy is the key factor when collaboration among the three types of personal and values education are embodied . We examined cases of the whole-school approach and verbal activities, for enhancing student efficacy. The findings were described in several articles and presented at conferences.

个人和价值观教育在英格兰是通过公民教育付诸实践;个人，社会，健康和经济教育（PSHE）;和宗教教育，共享的共性，同时也保持独特。在这个项目中，我们研究了中央政府对个人和价值观教育提出了什么样的政策，以及这些政策如何在不同的学校环境中实施。比较教育、课程研究、教育心理学三位学者合作进行实地调查，分享调查结果。研究结果发现，学生效能感是三种人格与价值观教育合作的关键因素。我们研究了学校本位教学法和口头活动的案例，以提高学生的效能。研究结果在几篇文章中进行了描述，并在会议上发表。
