Thermal and Flow Characteristics of Single Droplet and Droplets in Direct Contact Heat Exchanger

本文对直接接触式换热器的热工和流动特性进行了研究。它侧重于液滴行为，换句话说，微观观点。研究结果揭示了喷嘴和进料条件对液滴的形成、上升和分离行为的影响。包括相变现象在内的实验阐明了换热器内部状态和流动的变化。这些结果使得对换热、储热和释放速率的定量分析成为可能。

This study discussed on thermal and flow characteristics in direct contact type heat exchanger. It focused on droplet behavior, in other word, microscopic viewpoint. The result revealed the effect of nozzle and feed conditions on the droplets formation, ascending and separation behaviors. The experiments including phase change phenomena clarified the variation of inside state and flows in the exchanger. These results enabled the quantitative analyses on heat exchange, heat storage and release rate.
