Further characterization of porcine enterie caliciviruses

为了鉴定猪肠道杯状病毒，采用RT-PCR方法对猪肠道杯状病毒进行了检测。除SaV外，本次调查还检测到st - valerien样病毒（SVV）。对SaV VP1基因的序列分析表明，8SaV可能。属于两个新的基因群。在杆状病毒表达系统中重组表达了SVV株和3株SaV株的VP1基因。超微显微镜观察显示产生病毒样颗粒，直径约40nm。

In order to characterize porcine enteric caliciviruses, caliciviruses were surveyed by RT-PCR using porcine feeal samples. In addition to SaV, St-Valerien-like virus(SVV)was detected in this survey. Sequence analysis of SaV VP1 genes suggested that 8SaV might。belong to two new genogroups. The VP1 genes of the SVV strain and three SaV strains were recombinantly expressed in the baculovirus expression system. Ultramicroscopic observation showed production of virus like particles, approximately 40nm in diameter.
