Time of discharge in Patients with Schizophrenia

本研究以ICF为基础，编制了精神分裂症患者日常生活功能评定量表，作为出院时判定的参考信息。住院期间采用简易精神病学评定量表（BPRS）和ICF量表对患者进行临床评估。BPRS和ICF评分在大约6周后迅速提高。这些结果表明，这一时期的强化治疗是重要的。

In this study, as reference information for determinations at the time of hospital discharge of schizophrenic patients, a rating scale for functioning in daily life was created based on the ICF．The patients were evaluated clinically using the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) and the ICF scale during hospitalization. The BPRS and ICF scores improve after about 6 weeks rapidly . These results suggest that intensive treatment of this period is important.
