Improvement of graft regeneration with partial congestion in living donor liver transplantation

活体供肝移植术后肝静脉充血可引起原发性功能丧失。我们过去评估了粒细胞集落刺激因子（G-CSF）对肝切除术后静脉充血残肝再生的有效性。但我们对建立大鼠活体供体部分肝移植模型感到苦恼。移植后体重40%的大鼠无活鼠。我们一直在制作大鼠间局部充血的活体供体全肝移植模型。为猪活体肝移植做准备。

Hepatic venous congestion after living donor liver transplantation can cause primary non function. We evaluated the effectiveness of granulocyte-colony stimulating factor(G-CSF) for regeneration of remnant liver with venous congestion after hepatectomy in the past. But we were distressed to be established the model of living donor partial liver transplantation between rats. There were no living rats after 40% weight graft after transplantation. We have been making a model of living donor whole liver transplantation with partial congestion between rats. And we prepare for living donor liver transplantation in porcine model.
