Estimation of prognosis by three-dimensional analysis of positional nysgatgmus in patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

我们对良性阵发性位置性眩晕(AH-BPPV)患者的位置性眩晕的自然病程进行了研究，发现AH-BPPV的自然病程不难治。良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者在异常眼球震颤时眼轴垂直于半规管平面时预后较好，当眼轴不垂直于半规管平面时预后较差。

We have studied the natural course of positional vertigo in patients with the apogeotropic variant of horizontal canal type of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(AH-BPPV) and showed the natural course of AH-BPPV is not refractory. In patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, when the axis of eye rotation during abnormal nystagmus is perpendicular to the plane of semicircular canal, the prognosis is good, and when the axis is not perpendicular to the plane of semicircular canal, the prognosis is not good.
