A study of the development high activity ex vivo produced oral mucosa equivalent by cryopreserved oral keratinocytes.

本研究的目的是建立高活性冷冻培养的角质形成细胞粘膜，将筛选的角质形成细胞与未筛选的角质形成细胞的细胞活性进行比较。用细胞制成培养组合物口腔黏膜(冷冻EVPOME)，在细胞接种后第11天对4组培养的口腔黏膜进行组织学和免疫组织学评价。过滤()组细胞计数与过滤(-)组比较，各时间点均超过过滤(-)组，且较多，细胞扩散后第4天和第11天，过滤()组均可见冰冻EVPOME、增殖细胞核抗原计数。研究结果表明，过滤()组的冷冻EVPOME活性高于过滤(-)组的冷冻EVPOME。

The aim of this study was to development of high activity freeze culture cell mucosa.The cell activity of filtered keratinocytes compared these of not filtered keratinocytes. We made culture composition oral mucosa (freeze EVPOME) which we used the cell for and it was histological and immunohistological evaluated it in 4, culture mucosa of each group of the eleventh day after cell dissemination. A filtering (+) group compared cell count with a filtering (-) group and exceeded it in each time, and there was many it, and base cell count of freeze EVPOME, PCNA counts were found in a filtering (+) group after cell dissemination by the fourth day and the eleventh day. The results of this study were indicated that the freeze EVPOME of a filtering (+) group were higher activity than a thing of a filtering (-) group.
