Development of Eating Assistance Method that Corresponds toFunctional Level of Swallowing for Patients with a Swallowing Disorder

本研究的目的是寻找能够客观地判断患者在家中和设施中的进食/吞咽功能水平的测量方法，并有针对性地开发能够减少患者/帮助者和帮助者进行进食练习的困难的辅助方法。对健康人的进食/吞咽功能进行了测量，并对判断指标和测量方法进行了研究。其次，通过对神经系统疑难杂症患者在家庭和医疗机构中的吞咽功能的测量，阐明了神经系统疑难杂症患者吞咽功能的特点，并获得了利用该时间测量方法判断神经系统疑难杂症患者在家庭和医疗机构中吞咽功能的可能性。

It is aimed to find out measuring method that can objectively judge eating/swallowing function level of patients at home and facilities, and it is targeted to develop assisting method to reduce difficulties of eating meal practice by patients/helpers and assistance.Eating/swallowing function of healthy people was measured, and judging indexes and measuring method were examined. Next as a result of measuring patients of intractable neurological diseases at home and facilities likewise, characteristics of swallowing function of intractable neurological diseases are clarified and possibility is gained to utilize this time measuring method in judging swallowing function of intractable neurological diseases patients at home and facilities.
