Educational Methods for Systematized Observation-Structuring Systematic Model of Vision Information and Nursing Care-

本研究的目的是从视觉信息收集和护理评估两个方面对系统化观察教育方法进行评价。教育内容为系统观察，在原有教育方案的基础上，以有临床实习经验的护生和有3年护理经验的护士为研究对象。教育方面分为干预组和非干预组，护生观察屏幕显示护理场景，并在采集视觉信息的同时用ETMS(Takei Instruments Co.Ltd.)进行眼动检查。通过模拟病人对护士的视觉信息采集情况进行评估，发现接受系统化观察教育的学生和护士比其他人更清晰、更准确，系统观察教育提高了观察能力和护理质量。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational methods for systematized observation in terms of collecting vision information and assessment in the nursing care. The education was composed of systematic observation which based on original education program.The subjects were nursing students who experienced the clinical practice and nurses with 3 years of nursing experience. There were intervention group and non-intervention group in education.Nursing students observed a screen displayed a scene of nursing, and were checked the eye movement as collecting vision information by using ETMS (TAKEI INSTRUMENTS CO.LTD) all the while. Nurses were evaluated their collecting vision information with nursing care by use of a simulated patient.The students and nurses who were reeducated systematized observation tended to be more clear and accurate than others.Reeducation of systematized observation improved observation ability and quality of nursing care.
