The purpose of this study was to evaluate the educational methods for systematized observation in terms of collecting vision information and assessment in the nursing care. The education was composed of systematic observation which based on original education program.The subjects were nursing students who experienced the clinical practice and nurses with 3 years of nursing experience. There were intervention group and non-intervention group in education.Nursing students observed a screen displayed a scene of nursing, and were checked the eye movement as collecting vision information by using ETMS (TAKEI INSTRUMENTS CO.LTD) all the while. Nurses were evaluated their collecting vision information with nursing care by use of a simulated patient.The students and nurses who were reeducated systematized observation tended to be more clear and accurate than others.Reeducation of systematized observation improved observation ability and quality of nursing care.

本研究目的在探讨系统化观察的教育方法，包括视觉资料的收集与护理评估。在原有教学计划的基础上，采用系统观察法，以有临床实习经验的护生和有3年护理工作经验的护士为对象。教育分为干预组和非干预组，观察显示护理场景的屏幕，并通过ETMS（TAKEI INSTRUMENTS CO.LTD）进行眼动检查，同时收集视觉信息。通过模拟病人对护理人员收集视觉信息的能力进行评价，系统观察再教育后的学生和护士在视觉信息收集方面的能力较其他学生和护士更清晰、准确，系统观察再教育提高了观察能力和护理质量。
