We conducted a questionnaire survey in order to investigate a university students’ management of their health and living environment in 2010 to 12. About 26% students spent time and money for their health maintenance. Many students did sports, exercise, alternative medicine of massage, supplements healthy foods, etc. Several students reported that their maintenance worsened their health. And there are about 1% students who spent more than 10000 yen for their health maintenance; for examples sports.
