The purpose of this study is to search for rehabilitation needs of offenders and then to propose effective system to forward reintegration of offenders into community. For such purpose I conducted quantitative and qualitative investigations, and studied relative systems in European countries.Most offenders lack sense of responsibility for the harm they caused to victims and/or community, controlling recidivism risk of themselves and problem solving skills. Further many of them are excluded from the society. Thus in order to prevent recidivism, it is necessary to provide comprehensive support for their life including job seeking through social policy and community welfare as well as crime control intervention by criminal justice policy.I published deliverables of this study as a book titled “Reintegration of offenders andcommunity” in 2013.

本研究的目的是寻找罪犯的康复需求，然后提出有效的系统以促进罪犯重新融入社区。为此，我进行了定量和定性调查，并研究了欧洲国家的相关制度。大多数犯罪者缺乏对自己给受害者和/或社区造成的伤害的责任感、控制自身累犯风险和解决问题的能力。此外，他们中的许多人被排除在社会之外。因此，为了防止累犯，有必要通过社会政策和社区福利为他们的生活提供全面的支持，包括通过社会政策和社区福利寻找工作，以及通过刑事司法政策进行犯罪控制干预。我于2013年将这项研究的成果出版为《罪犯与社区的重新融入》一书。
