Development of the tools for organ stress and its surgical application

脂肪肝对各种外科手术非常敏感，与术后肝功能衰竭、再生受损、术后感染和败血症有关。在本研究中，我们通过新开发的生物成像光学探针分析了手术应激是否影响术后肝功能、脂肪肝损伤和再生。我们连续、无创地评估小鼠肝脏，并分析术后肝损伤和再生受损的潜在机制。

Steatotic liver, very sensitive to various surgical procedures, is associated with post-operative liver failure, impaired regeneration, post-operative infection and sepsis. In the present study, we analyzed whether the surgical stress affects the post-operativeliver function, injury and regeneration of steatotic liver by newly developed optic probes for bio-imaging. We evaluated mouse liver continuously and non-invasively and analyzed the underlying mechanism of post-operative liver injury and impaired regeneration.
