项目摘要

The objective of this study is to seek methods of using a Social Networking Service for developing "epistemic community" addressing consensus building on solving environmental issues among civil society members. The research focuses on the Biodiversity Cyber Dialogue Project, using Social Networking Service(SNS), conducted by RCE Chubu as a case study. The research outcome shows a positive result of using SNS for exchanging information and building a human network("Epistemic Community") among the people who shares basic ideas of discussed issues such as the importance of environmental protection. Nevertheless, a positive effect was not observed to use SNS for debates and consensus buildings so far.

这项研究的目的是寻求使用社交网络服务来开发“认识论社区”的方法，以解决有关解决民间社会成员中环境问题的共识。该研究的重点是使用RCE Chubu作为案例研究进行的社交网络服务（SNS）的生物多样性网络对话项目。研究结果表明，在分享讨论问题的基本思想的人们中，使用SNS交换信息并建立人类网络（“认识论社区”）的积极结果，例如环境保护的重要性。然而，到目前为止，尚未观察到积极的效果将SNS用于辩论和共识建筑物。
