Geographical study of the third food regime on Asia-Pacific region

亚太地区的食品贸易正在经历快速的结构性变化。我们从粮食制度理论的角度对其进行了研究。本文以东亚地区的日本、中国、台湾和大洋洲地区的澳大利亚、新西兰为例，考察了东亚地区贸易的地理格局和贸易驱动力。除了贸易模式外，还讨论了食品公司如何采取环境考虑因素，以及在其采购战略和营销中看到了什么样的影响。

The food trade of the Asia-Pacific region is undergoing rapid structural changes. We studied it from the viewpoint of the Food Regime Theory. The geographical patterns and the driving forces of the trade were investigated through the case studies of Japan, China and Taiwan from East Asian Region and those of Australia and New Zealand from Oceanian Region. In addition to the trade patterns, how food companies adopted environmental considerations and what kind of effects have been seen in their procurement strategies and marketing were discussed.
