2022年度は，2020年度と2021年度にコロナ禍のため最も重要な外国現地調査が一切出来なかったことから，事故繰越・繰越予算を含めて実施するとともに，国内現地調査等を組み合わせて，①日本から対象諸国への代表的農産物輸出について産地・関連企業調査分析，②タイの水産関係輸出複合体の実態調査分析，③マレーシアの輸出向けパーム油産業調査分析，④ベトナムのコーヒー輸出複合体の活動を進出先ラオスを含めて調査分析する，⑤対象全4ヶ国食料消費者ウェブ調査データ分析を行なうという，目的と実施計画を立てた。このうち，①については青森県リンゴの産地・集出荷輸出関連企業の現地調査で情報・データ収集を行ない，その分析を進めた。④については，ベトナム研究協力者（ベトナム国家農業大学Luu Van Duy博士・専任講師），ラオス研究協力者（同国商業通商省商業通商研究所Sramany Nilanlath研究員）等と両国高原地帯コーヒー産地の調査分析を実施し，産地バリューチェーンの複雑な実相を明らかにすると同時に輸出複合体の各アクター（ベトナム企業，タイ企業，ラオス国有企業・民間企業，協同組合，それらと関わるコーヒー生産者）の多様な存在形態と行動様式についてデータ収集を行ない，その一部を学会報告した。⑤については，調査データの分析に着手して一定の進展を得た。②については担当の分担者が所属大学学長に就任したため，急遽別の研究協力者（浅居孝彦氏）を迎え入れ，テーマをタイに本拠を置く巨大多国籍企業によるベトナムを含むブロイラー国際複合体の構造解明に変更し，両国で調査分析を行なった。③については担当の分担者が所属大学学部長に就任したため文献資料調査に変更して，東南アジア等における多国籍アグリビジネスの多様な展開の方法論的・統計的解明を行なった。またフードレジーム論と食生活政治経済学の包括的研究も継続した。
