Research on Educational Supports to the Households with Public Assistance

This research investigates educational supports to the households with children, aiming at reducing reproduction of poverty among those households. The three studies have been conducted in this project.First, surveys and interviews have been conducted to the caretakers in those households as well as to professional socialworkers and related agencies. Second, a support program has been developed in collaboration with the Kanagawa prefectural government. Third, an evaluation protocol has been developed and applied.
