A Study about anti-aging of the inferior pharyngeal muscle by neurotrophin.

本实验研究了碱性成纤维细胞因子（bFGF）对吞咽功能减退的保护作用。具体而言，我们使用具有明胶水凝胶的药物递送系统（DDS），并将其给予咽下缩肌并进行形态学改变，一项关于肌功能下降预防的研究，我用药物释放系统（DDS）将bFGF高浓度稳定地触发到老年大鼠咽下缩肌，与明胶水凝胶，并给予它的咽下缩肌，并进行了形态学变化，关于肌功能下降的预防研究。组织学检查、神经下装置观察结果提示，bFGF剂量对肌功能下降的保护作用，以咽喉肌为最佳。

We studied about the protection of functional deterioration of deglutition decline by basic fibroblast factor(bFGF). Specifically, we used Drug delivery system (DDS) with gelatine hydrogel and gave it to inferior constrictor muscle of pharynx and performed a morphologic change, a study about the myofunction drop prevention.I triggered bFGF at high density to inferior constrictor muscle of pharynx using an aging rat stably in Drug delivery system (DDS) with the gelatine hydrogel and gave it to inferior constrictor muscle of pharynx and performed a morphologic change, a study about the myofunction drop prevention. As a result of histologic examination, observation of the nerve lower device, it was suggested that cricopharyngeus muscle was higher in the protective efficacy of the myofunction drop by the bFGF dosage.
