本研究は、妊産婦による家庭血圧 (Home Blood Pressure: HBP) および体重モニタリングを支援し、妊娠期から産褥期における母体と出生児のリスク、異常や合併症の一次予防を達成することを目的とする。本年度は妊産婦・相談員 (保健師・看護師・助産師)・医療機関の3者間でのセルフモニタリングネットワークを構築し、研究機関の研究倫理審査委員会の承認を得たうえで運用を開始した。対象者は医療機関を受診し、同意の得られた妊娠20週以降の初妊婦とした。介入群 (HBPおよび体重モニタリング群。以下介入群) 対照群1 (以下PHS群) 対照群2 (以下対照群) の3群へ無作為に割り付けた。介入群の対象者は、就寝前のHBP測定値および体重をPHSのカメラ機能で撮影し、気分、体調 (むくみ、お腹のはり等) を毎日メールで送信した。収集したデータは1週間ごとに更新し、コメントをつけて対象者本人へフィードバックした。また、介入群の対象者はPHSを用い、任意で相談員 (助産師) に日常生活に関する不安や疑問を相談した (相談日/ 週1日)。PHS群の対象者はセルフモニタリングを行わず、PHSによる電話相談のみとした。対照群については外来で行う通常の医療ケアとアンケートの回答のみとした。評価は介入前 (妊娠20週前)、妊娠26・36週、出産4週間後に血圧、体重の推移、妊娠期から産褥期の母体および児における異常の発生率、精神的な側面の変化等についてデータを収集した。介入期間はおおよそ24週間程度であり、現在までに10名 (モニタリング群5名，PHSネットワーク群1名，対照群4名) の対象者が研究に参加している。今後、引き続き研究参加者を募集し、妊産婦におけるセルフモニタリングネットワークの効果について検討・評価を行う予定である。

This study aims to support maternal, neonatal, abnormal and primary prevention of complications during pregnancy and puerperium. Ten participants (5 in the intervention group, 1 in the PHS development group, and 4 in the control group) participated in the study. In the future, we will invite participants to participate in the study, and the results of the study will be discussed and evaluated in the future.
