Study on evaluation method of knowledge skills using medical knowledge-based database

近年来，由于疾病的复杂性和多样性，利用跨学科的知识来取代传统的学科教育体系成为越来越大的挑战。要培养能够在医疗服务中解决这些问题的人力资源，不仅需要有能力理解知识之间的联系，而且需要有能力分析和论述症状的微小变化。在本研究中，我们进行了培养具备所需能力的合作医疗人员的教育体系的开发，并建立了客观的能力评估方法。

In recent years, since diseases tended to be complicated and diversified, it became an increasing challenge to utilize interdisciplinary knowledge instead of traditional sectionalism education system. To cultivate human resources capable of accommodating such issues in medical services, the ability is required not only to understand the connection among knowledge, but to analyze and dissert the phenomenon of a minute change of symptoms. In this study, we conducted to develop the education system to cultivate co-medical staff who have needed ability, and established an objective evaluation method to assess the ability.
