In recent years, since diseases tended to be complicated and diversified, it became an increasing challenge to utilize interdisciplinary knowledge instead of traditional sectionalism education system. To cultivate human resources capable of accommodating such issues in medical services, the ability is required not only to understand the connection among knowledge, but to analyze and dissert the phenomenon of a minute change of symptoms. In this study, we conducted to develop the education system to cultivate co-medical staff who have needed ability, and established an objective evaluation method to assess the ability.

近年来，由于疾病的复杂性和多样性，利用跨学科知识取代传统的分区制教育体系成为越来越大的挑战。要培养能够适应医疗服务中此类问题的人力资源，不仅需要了解知识之间的联系，而且需要对症状的微小变化现象进行分析和论述。在本研究中，我们进行了教育体系的开发，以培养有需要的合作医疗人员，并建立了客观的评估方法来评估他们的能力。
