项目摘要

Focusing on research activities of scientists in the Tohoku region especially Sendai in Edo period, a variety of information of astronomical equipment, books and manuscripts were collected from not only nationwide but also UK, Netherlands, Germany. Consequently, this study revealed the situation of studying Western astronomy for Japanese astronomers to make Chinese-style calendar in Edo-period, as well as their thoughts.In addition, a large turning point of Japanese astronomical study in Edo period is considered to be the mid-18th century, in other words, around 40 years between Horeki Period and Tenmei Period (1751-1789). Because it was possible to obtain a clue to show the proof that it reached the time which the Japanese started to place more value on the Rangaku than Chinese studies."Tenmon Shi Den Sho"that Yasusuke Toita edited in 1782 as one of astronomical and mathematical book collections,is essential material for us to understand historic develoment for Japanese astronomy.

围绕江户时代东北地区特别是仙台地区科学家的研究活动，收集了来自全国以及英国、荷兰、德国等地的各种天文设备、书籍和手稿的信息。因此，本研究揭示了江户时代日本天文学家为制定中国历法而学习西洋天文学的情况及其思想，并认为日本江户时代天文学研究的一个大转折点是在世纪中期，也就是说，从堀木时代到天明时代（1751-1789年）的40年左右。因为有可能获得一条线索来证明它已经到了日本人开始重视兰阁而不是中国研究的时候。1782年丰田康介主编的《天文天文天文学杂志》是天文学和数学书籍集之一，是我们了解日本天文学历史发展的重要资料。
