Tense and Aspect in Khmer

与日语不同，高棉语不以动词形式表示时态。然而，近年来在语料库中观察到了过去时标记。本研究调查了现代高棉语语料中表示时间的体标记和表达形式的使用情况。我们试图描述这些标记和表达的用法。在研究过程中，柬埔寨和泰国的研究人员合作，就作为材料的文本语料库和分析方法提供建议。这项研究的主要成果发表在期刊文章上，也为高棉语作为外语的教育做出了贡献。

Khmer language does not represent a tense by verb forms unlike Japanese language. However past tense markers are observed in the text corpus of recent years. This study investigated the usage of the aspect markers and expressions representing the time in the modern Khmer language materials. We tried to describe the usage of these markers and expressions. In the research process, Cambodian and Thai researchers cooperated in advising on the text corpus as materials and on the method of analysis. The main results of this study were published in the journal articles and also contribute to the Khmer language education as a foreign language.
