A study on dementia care from the perspective of the career development of skillful care workers

本研究的重点是经验的积累，熟练的护理人员提供高质量的护理老年痴呆症患者。采用问卷调查的方式，对工人在获得技能过程中的职业特征、痴呆症护理知识和态度进行调查。对职工实际提供痴呆护理情况进行访谈调查，分析其特点。基于综合结果，该研究提出了一种方法，使参与痴呆症护理的工作人员能够获得更有效的职业发展。

The present study focused on the accumulation of experience on the part of skillful care workers providing high quality care for elderly people with dementia. A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the workers' career characteristics as they acquired their skill,as well as their knowledge of dementia care, and attitude. An interview survey on the actual dementia care provided by the workers was also carried out, and its characteristics analyzed.Based on the combined results, the study prooposed an approach enabling workers involved in dementia care to achieve more effective career development.
