Monitoring Observation of Jovian Impact Flashes

We developed an observation system of small telescopes for detecting Jovian impact flashes, and the software which analyzes data automatically. Moreover, the observation network was built also including the amateur astronomers, and three campaign observations was carried together with several large telescopes.Although our observations of total 186 hours resulted in non-detection, the collision frequency to the Jupiter was estimated to be about ten to 50 objects per year, on the basis of the brightness and frequency of flashes detected so far in the case of the small body of a five to 20 m diameter.
