项目摘要

It is little known that genetic mechanism of dormancy, by which plants are allowed to adapt to the inferior environments such as cool and dry climate donditions. Using bulbous plants of progenitor and derivative species pair, Lilium longiflorum and L. formosanum, and their hybrid populations, this study revealed the genetic mechanism of bulb dormancy in these Lilium species as for the following points: 1) Southern ecotype of L. longiflorum is a non-dormant type similar to L. formosanum, while the northern ecotype is a dormant type, 2) bulb dormancy is induced by exposer to the high temperature at least more than 4 weeks, 3) loss of bulb dormancy is caused by gene mutation relating to ABA biosynthetic pathway, 4) dormant type is a dominant character for the non-dormant type.
休眠是植物适应寒冷、干燥等不利环境的一种遗传机制,但目前还不清楚。以麝香百合和百合母种和衍生种对的球根植株为材料,研究了两种百合的遗传变异。台湾百合及其杂种居群的鳞茎休眠遗传机制,揭示了以下几点:(1)南方生态型的台湾百合; longiflorum是一种非休眠类型,与L. 2)鳞茎休眠是由高温胁迫至少4周以上引起的; 3)鳞茎休眠的丧失是由阿坝生物合成途径相关基因突变引起的; 4)休眠型是非休眠型的显性性状。
