项目摘要

In Western and Asian countries, the status of large-scale supermarket is high. Many of which are national or multinational companies. There are similar trends in the field of agricultural products and fresh food. On the other hand, in Japan, the status and roles of local food stores are relatively high. They are fighting neck and neck with large companies, which are national or multinational companies at least, in the field of agricultural products and fresh food.What is the source of competitiveness of local food stores? In this field, research accumulated little until now. New empirical finding for the above-mentioned is feature of our study.We proved the contents of the activity in local food stores aimed at securing customers and differentiation through the high quality products.there are 1:Variety of the characteristic goods by cooperation with the farmer, 2:Direct extension service by local food store, 3:Production of a store management which utilized the local food.
