The study of related to efficacy of psycho education program by improvement of cognitive functions

探讨心理健康教育对精神分裂症患者认知功能改善的影响。我们以两种方式进行干预。一个是心理教育方案（1h/d，8次），另一个是认知矫正治疗方案（45 min/d，12次），采用一对一咨询的方式，对治疗后的结果进行多方面的测量，结果表明：治疗后的一般能力、记忆和执行的认知功能都有了改善。我们认为，通过认知矫正治疗，患者的受益将随着执行功能和工作记忆的改善而增加。

We examined the relation between the effect of psycho education program and the improvement in cognitive functions of patients with schizophrenia. We intervened in two ways. One is the psycho education program (1h/day 8times), and another is cognitive remediation therapy by means of one to one consultation (45minutes/day 12times), and after, we measure the result multilaterally.We can point out that general ability and cognitive function of memory and executive have improved. We suggest that the patients benefit will increase with the improvement of executive function and working memory through the cognitive remediation therapy.
