英文摘要
We established primary cultured fibroblast library isolated from gastric cancer patients. Fibroblasts modified invasiveness and EMT status of cancer cell. Proteome analysis, RNA microarray indicated over-expression of Ephrin receptor family in cancer stromal cells. Ephrin receptor and related pathway might be good targets of cancer-microenvironment about gastric cancer.
