目的探讨胃癌患者的预后及AID/上皮-间充质转化相关基因在胃癌组织中的表达。结果：1.建立了兵库大学胃癌患者数据库，该数据库包含临床因素、病理因素、AID/EMT相关基因的表达。胃癌的临床病理特征是病理异质性和侵袭性。我们对本院切除的胃癌组织进行了AID/EMT(84个基因)的实时定量RT-PCR芯片检测。EMT相关基因与弥漫型肿瘤的侵袭性显著相关。

PurposeWe focused to prognosis of gastric cancer patients, and the expression of AID/Epithelial-mesenchymal transition related gene in gastric cancer tissue.Results1. We established a database of gastric cancer patients in Hyogo Collage of Medicine, which contains clinical factor, pathological factors, the expression of AID/EMT related genes.2. Clinicopathological features of gastric cancer are pathological heterogeneity and invasiveness. We performed quantitative real-time RT-PCR array for AID/EMT (84genes) using resected gastric cancer tissue in our hospital. EMT related gene was significantly related to invasiveness of diffuse type of cancer.
