EZH2 is associated with the accelerated cell proliferation in pancreatic IPMN via the downregulation of p27Kip1 by analyzing surgically resected pancreatic IPMN. On the other hand, Transfection of pre-miR-101 into pancreatic cell line decreased EZH2 expression in mRNA and protein level. Expression of miR-101 was significantly lower in malignant IPMN than benign IPMN. These result shows miR-101 regulate EZH2 expression in pancreatic IPMN.
