Development of a risk assessment tool for prevention of post-delivery pelvic floor disorder.

本研究的目的是开发一种风险评估工具，用于检测和预防产后盆底疾病。对骨盆底疾病症状的系统评价显示，任何危险因素尚未明确确定。因此，进行了一项横断面研究，以阐明危险因素和症状。这份自填式问卷被邮寄给了过去五年在东京一所大学医院分娩的妇女。分析了主要来自经历过单次阴道分娩的妇女的数据。详细分析产后压力性尿失禁、肛门失禁和盆腔器官脱垂的发生率及相关因素。此外，制定了评估工具草案，前提是在分娩后一个月的健康检查期间使用该工具。

The purpose of the present study was to develop a risk assessment tool for the detection and prevention of post-delivery pelvic floor disorders. Systematic reviews on the symptoms of pelvic floor disorders revealed that any risk factor has not been clearly identified. Therefore, a cross-sectional study was conducted to clarify the risk factors and symptoms. The self-administered questionnaire was mailed to women who gave birth in the past five years at a university hospital in Tokyo. The data from mainly women who experienced a single vaginal delivery were analyzed. The differences in prevalence of stress urinary incontinence, anal incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse after the delivery, and associated factors were analyzed in detail. Furthermore, a draft of assessment tool was created with the premise of using it during post-delivery health check at one month.
