This study clarified the knowledge of care for people with developmental disorders and the problems based on semi-structured interviews and reviews of developmental disorders. The researcher visited nursing educators and program managers at care systems of mental health in the community in Victoria, Australia, and got the information on care for clients with mental problems and their families and collaboration with other professionals. The present study clarified collaboration of the professionals for clients with developmental disorders with their families, the environmental factors, and social resources.

本研究透过半结构式访谈及发展性障碍回顾，厘清发展性障碍患者照护之相关知识与问题。 研究人员访问了美国的护理教育工作者和心理健康护理系统的项目经理。 在澳大利亚维多利亚的社区，并获得了有关照顾有精神问题的客户的信息， 他们的家人和与其他专业人士的合作。 本研究阐明了专业人员为发展障碍客户与他们的家庭，环境因素和社会资源的合作。
