Issues of Mathematics Education in Terms of Literacy

本研究由日本学术振兴会科学研究补助金资助，旨在从数学素养的角度开创数学教育研究的新课题。总结本研究，研究成果是我们在日本科学教育学会第37届年会上做了五次报告。更确切地说，五个演讲中有两个是关于目的和目标的，一个是关于方法论、认知领域和教师教育的。这些都包含了新的研究主题和问题的建议。此外，一些论文已在同行评审期刊上发表，更多论文已在本地和国际学术聚会上发表。

This research, which is funded by JSPS Grants-in Aid for Scientific Research, aims at creating new research theme in mathematics education research from the perspective of mathematical literacy. Summarizing this research, the research outcome is that we made five presentations during the 37th annual conference of Japan Society of Science Education. More precisely, two out of the five presentations were for the aims and objectives, and one each for the methodology, cognitive domain, and teacher education. All these contain a proposal of new research theme and issues. Besides, some papers have been published in the peer reviewed journal and many more have been presented in the academic gatherings locally and internationally.
