The board for the collaboration of schools and Okayama prefectural museum of art was launched in 2010. One of the missions of the board was to enlarge the population who can enjoy the museum's collection. Designing art travelling trunks and loaning them to local schools was found out to be the major solution. This research grant enable the board to achieve 4 kinds of accomplishments. That is, (1)version-up of the contents of the trunks, (2)more wider publicity of the trunk and the collection of the museum, (3)development of the network of school teachers through collaborative lesson studies, and (4)introduction of Japan's traditional culture to other Asian countries.

学校和冈山县立美术馆合作委员会于2010年启动。该委员会的任务之一是扩大可以欣赏博物馆藏品的人数。设计艺术旅行箱并将其借给当地学校被认为是主要的解决方案。这项研究资助使董事会取得了四种成就。即（1）对箱子的内容进行版本升级，（2）对箱子和博物馆的收藏进行更广泛的宣传，（3）通过合作课程研究发展学校教师网络，（4）向其他亚洲国家介绍日本的传统文化。
