WNT protein have a multiple functions concerning cancer in vasionand metastasis. We investigated DKK-1 protein concentration in the pancreatic juice,which shows inhibitory ability against WNT protein, for an early detection of the pancreascancer . Although no correlation can be identified between DKK-1 concentration andpancreas cancer , DKK-1 mRNA expression is elevated in the bile duct cancer as well aspancreas cancer
