项目摘要

We examined the involvement of Th17 cells and cholinergic anti-inflammatory system (CAS) in oral lichen planus(OLP). We found that CAS is not responsible for cure of OLP. We have demonstrated that TGF-beta, not IL-17, is upregulated in the tissue from OLP compared with control which exhibits the common inflammation. These results suggest that iTreg cells, not Th17 cells, may be involved in pathological conditions of OLP.
